What is Shop Dukan Diet?

ShopDukanDiet.ca is a Canadian based website which offers additional resources to accompany you during the various phases of The Dukan Diet including giving you convenient one-stop access to all our products, natural food supplements and weight-loss tools. These products are selected based on quality, health benefits and affordability.

Do I have to be a Coached Member to make purchases from your online store?

No, you do not need to be a Coached Member of www.dukandiet.com to make purchases. However, Coached Members receive a 10% discount on all products sold at www.shopdukandiet.ca (shipping & handling not included).

I am a coached member of www.dukandiet.com. How do I receive my 10% discount on products?

Every month you will receive an email with a 10% off coupon code to add to your cart. This code changes every month so please make sure to check your email and use the corresponding coupon code to receive the 10% discount.

To apply the coupon code, enter it on the View Cart screen or during the first step of Checkout.

   Note: If you have not received your code for this month, please contact contact@dukandiet.com for assistance.

I don't see some Dukan Diet products here that are available in the US Shop. When will they be available?

Turkey Jerky is the only product that we will not be able to make available on www.shopdukandiet.ca, due to strict Canadian policies on the importation of meat products. We are working with the Canadian authorities to get all of the other products. Supplements might take some extra time before they are available, but watch for our announcements!

Why is your pricing different from the US site?

Our pricing in Canada is different, products of the shipping costs, customs duties and additional taxes to get the products from the US to our Canadian warehouses. This ensures that our customers will not have to deal with Canadian customs delays and sometimes missing shipments.

Why are Canadian and US promo different?

The Canadian Shop runs separate promotions. Canadian Coached Members still get their 10% off every order via a monthly code that is emailed to them. If you have not received your code please contact contact@dukandiet.com for the code if you have not received it yet.

What if I have a question about the Dukan Diet?

You can go to www.dukandiet.com, send an email to contact@dukandiet.com or you may contact the Dukan Diet Customer Support Team Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm EST toll free at 1-855-DUKAN4U (1-855-385-2648), excluding US Holidays for any questions concerning The Dukan Diet or if you need assistance when registering for a coaching program.

My family is not on the diet, can they still eat your products?

Absolutely! All Dukan Diet food products are suitable for consumption by all family members with no known food allergies, and make a healthy addition to any dietary regimen.

My Account

I am a first time user. Do I need to create an account?

Yes. Only essential information required to successfully deliver your order will be required. This will enable you to check out easily for your current and future orders and will allow you to receive special offers from us.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply go to the My Account bar in the upper right corner of the site to fill out the registration form for new users.

Is my personal information secure?

All the information you provide when visiting the site www.shopdukandiet.ca is strictly confidential. The site is secure and has a thorough privacy policy which you can read here. We do not sell or share ANY of our user/client/member information with anyone. All payment information is secured with SSL encryption and destroyed from our system when the order is processed. We do not store any credit card information.

What will I find in "My Account"?

  • History and details of your orders. In this section, you can easily view your order history.
  • Your Contact Information. You can modify your contact information here including: Your name, email address, password and the subscription status (subscribe / unsubscribe) of our newsletters.
  • Your addresses. You can change an existing address or add a new address for shipment or billing by clicking on "Add an address".
